Came very promptly. Fixed problem quickly and explained what happened and answered all the questions we had.

RAM arrived quickly, figured out what our issue was and fixed it on the spot. Our techs - Sean & Jeff were knowledgeable as well as personable. We recently moved into an older house that needed major electrical work. RAM electric was recommended to us by other homeowners and we had an excellent experience with them. The owner, Jason, discussed with us what we thought we needed. He sent a team to give us new service, diagnose and repair previous subpar work, and go over the entire house with a fine tooth comb to make sure everything was safe.
