my grandson got a virus on my dell cpu and i took it to these guys after best buy wanted to charge me $350 after having it a week. the young man at ramdr told me he'd be able to fix it no problem. two days later i got a call back letting me know the computer was good to go! i was pleased and surprised when the bill was only $100. i love their service and recommend them to everyone!
Very impressed and will return with my desktop pc. I didn't know what was going on with it till Steven explained that I have a virus in my computer and that's why it just shuts off. It's nice to have some local computer techs that know how to fix broken computers and do it right the first time. Plus they gave me a $15 off coupon when I bring it in. I didn't even ask for a discount, they just gave it to me. Before I had to drive to Parma Ohio to get my computer fixed--- great job guys! Wendy.
