The guys here have had my bike for over two months now. apparently i was picked up right before they moved the whole shop. the owner tried to push off the fault onto his tech, saying that he never should have taken the bike in. all i have gotten in return is continued promises of it being ready by the end of the week. do not come to this shop.
very dishonest -- i took my bike to them for a md state inspection. the bike was in great shape, they told me i needed fork seals, it looked like someone poured fluid on the fork and break. when i told them that they got defensive, they also said it needed a new front brake pads because of the oil. also needed a new chain- the chain was new it only had 3,000 miles on it. and said i needed new rear brakes. after telling me these things the counter guy made the statement " so what are we going to do " . i felt he was being pus... read more
