I strongly advise anyone looking for top tier service to stay far away from the morons at dumas dodge.. they will do more damage to your vehicle than fix anything. worthless technicians led by a service manager that is incompetent.. i told them exactly what was wrong with my Durango gt and still didn't get the the parts, then when they did the technician ordered the wrong parts (you would think the service manager would oversee everything ordered and make corrections) but that didn't happen had to wait another week for the r... read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE MECHANICS WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Relative went in with a simple problem. Relative thought these "mechanics" fixed the problem. But it turns out that they ONLY DID ONE THING INSTEAD OF THE WHOLE DAMN JOB. Course... They still charged for the parts they "put on" and now my relative has to go to another mechanic for the same damn problem. This place may have new owners but it's still the same place as before. Ram country in Dumas is under excellent management. Service was excellent, the entire staff was friendly and professional. This is one of the best dealerships i have ever been to.
