My parents drove in from out of town after their brand-new $90,000 vehicle broke down in Castroville. The dealership promised a loaner since the car is under warranty. When they arrived, they learned this dealership doesn’t offer loaners at all. 2 years of this agency trying to fix my AC for them to tell me the line is contaminated. Yea well it must have been a new technician. I wouldn't take your car to get serviced here. They just wipe there hands.

Horrible place to work the person I talk to smelt so bad horrible horrible hygiene couldn’t even finish the sentence. Don’t Buy cars from these people. !!! Go to Toyota best customer service, I have no idea how to speak to the customers

I went in today looking for a truck. I could not find one I liked in my price range. However, It was a very pleasant sales experience -- unlike some other Del Rio dealerships where the sales folks litteraly scared me away. They simply did not have what I was looking for. I wont be afraid to come back to Ram Country though as inventories change!

I had am appointment at 9 was told it would be ready in an hour and a half, so I waited. At 11 it still wasn't ready I asked at the time for them to check on an update for me they said in 30 to 40 minutes by 12 it wasn't ready so I asked for a ride home they still have not called me at 1pm. Very disappointed
