Words can not express how fantastic this company and specially Becker is. Right away he tarped my 40 foot roof on day one to protect it while I got hoa approval. He helped me with that as well. We would not consider any contractor for either new construction or a remodel other than Sam at Ram Construction. Having moved from the West Coast and not knowing any contractor in the Annapolis area, our realtor recommended Sam to remodel our newly-purchased home. On a beautiful lot in an ideal neighborhood, the outdated 50 year-old house left a lot to be desired, but we considered it a “diamond in the rough”. Best construction / contractors we've ever worked with. We had one smaller scope project with RAM to see if it would be a good fit for a major remodel. It went beautifully so we planned and worked the major remodel and couldn't be happier with the experience. Attention to detail, communication, and no corners cut. Getting everything coordinated and completed timely was no easy task with so many moving parts but it happened (major walls being moved, completely moving the kitchen / plumbing around, etc.).
