I waited a few months before leaving this review to provide an objective view (the work was completed in July). The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, consistent with other reviews. However, the follow-up process has been less smooth — I’ve had to contact Ram Auto Glass a couple of times to confirm that my insurance claim was submitted, and I’m still clarifying its status with the insurer. Overall, quality workmanship, but the aftercare process could be improved.
