**Attention be cautious of your oil additive warranty** We planned to go on vacation and knew we would go over our miles - called service department to try to get in before we left- claimed we would be ok to wait til we get back. Once I returned schedule oil change and found out because I went over my miles my warranty was now voided. Service department failed to mention this during our phone call. Very disappointing as this is our first car bought from Jim Baier.
Garrett, Mike and Derek are world class in the car selling business. Three of the best guys you can find anywhere. We had our deal done in under 30 minutes, signing papers in an hour! If you want an experience unlike other dealerships, go see them.
Shout out to Kip and all the staff at Jim Baier! I hit a deer and totaled my car - not a great way to start the day. Went into the dealership the same day and Kip got us into all the cars we wanted to just test out. Ended up buying a new car by the end of the day. While buying a car is never a quick process, the team made it as easy as possible. So glad we have this dealership in town! Thank you Kip & Jim Baier team for your excellent service! Danielle and Taylor are top notch service advisors. I had a factory rebuilt engine installed in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Danielle called whenever there were some other things that needed attention during the engine installation.
