Part 4: 04/06/2026 @ 2:45 pm received message that part was at the dealership. We arrived at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department, where the vehicle was checked in, to have repairs done. 04/08/2026 @ 8:30am – messaged by Mark that the vehicle is ready. Part 2 Part 2 : The Vehicle was dropped off at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department on 03/10/2026. After several phone calls, it was revealed that due to parts availability issues, the vehicle was there until ready for pickup on 03/27/2026 @ 6:30pm. I had an extremely troubling and unacceptable experience with Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Pleasanton. Stay away.  Provide one price and then when you try to purchase. They jack up the price by thousands and try to mislead.  Try to tell you that even the higher price is a good deal.
