Dave Smith Motors sold me a “new” truck which had been in a undisclosed prior accident. Luckily Mason in the financing department let me void the arbitration consent form (he said it I write on it that I don’t want it, then it doesn’t apply to me even though I still have to sign it). Now they have the truck and my money and won’t give me my money or a new undamaged truck, so I have to sue them, but I’ll let you know how that goes.
Woooooowwwwwww i WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS FN PLACE SAT ON THE PHONE FOR A HALF HOUR ON HOLD, CAN'T NAVIGATE THEIR INVENTORY TO LOOK AT ANY PICK UP'S and then I try calling I'm on hold than I get someone and I make a comment ( MAN ARE YOU GUYS THAT BUSY ? )MY ANSWER WAS YEAH!!!!! AND THEN A DIAL TONE ON THE OTHER END SO ILL JUST GO TO BOISE TO BUY AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE TO GO ELSEWHERE
Had them install a transmission, They stripped out a bell housing bolt and left it out, forgot to install the gasket between the transmission and transfer case. On top of that my cross member bolts were finger tight... and the customer service lady was extremely rude. I'll never go back.
Had an issue with a lug lock, they are the dealership that sold the truck when I attempted to get any assistance in finding a solution they said 2 hour shop minimum and it could be more, Finley more or less said same, the dishman Dodge is there a different story I asked him how much and the guy told me nothing bro now that's customer service and that's where i take my truck to. Live in cda but the honesty and service is unmatched and worth the drive
