Awful staff, the office manager specifically is the rudest human I have had ever had to encounter. She does not abide by HIPPA laws or actually know them. I would steer far away from this office based of the level of disrespect I personally received along with witnessing them yell and lack any kind of empathy or respect for the elderly patients who were in line at several of my appointments.
My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Ram since 2005. We see him about every 5 years. He explains everything well. He is caring and always willing to give you information to take with you as well.

I have been seeing Dr Ram for some time, as we attempt to determine what is causing my gastrointestinal issues. He and his PA and his entire staff have been so caring and professional. I simply do not believe that Dr Ram refused to care for a 62 year old patient because of "advanced age"... I am 74 and I have seen many patients older than myself in his waiting room. I would certainly discount and ignore that negative review.
Kind staff, but Patel is from another planet...beware.
