Andrew and his team were an amazing help to our organization! We had 2 break-ins in 1.5 weeks. I had ordered a system through telus after the first break-in. They were going to expedite the process, so after the second break-in, they said it would be another 2 weeks. I emailed Ram and they came to Olds the same day, sent me a quote, and had the alarm installed the next day! Outstanding customer service, friendly, and professional. Andrew set us up with a great security system, the installation process was quick and easy and the app interface is amazing. Because they are local customer service and response is always friendly and immediate, you get to speak to real people. I would recommend Ram Alarms over any of the other providers.
