I called Jim and told him i had no heat, they got here in 10 mins from when I called, and found the problem and fixed (replaced a part) it in 30 mins! I am very happy with the service I recived and the price was very reasonable!
Ram Heating arrived 15 minutes after I called on a freezing winter night and provided quality service at a more than fair price. First class company to be keeping your house warm.
Had two other Albany based Companys look at our Cooling systen both said the compressior was gone. Got quots from both to replace entire systen inclueding the gas furnace they were quite old .We were give Ram Air number by a friend. Gave them a call came up with the same findings and did not charge us anything for the Dignostic. We ask if Air Conditioning can be repaired said yes by replacing compression.
