Dear contractors. Be aware if the stuff is not brand new, you will be charged if it breaks down. I had a great experience with these guys in the past from Goldsboro and Smithfield. The people up here in Clayton NC very disappointing. I was charged for a cord drill bit that was used. We only got one and a half whole drilled out of this bit. This equipment cost us five hours labor in going back to get everything, right plus the cost of the cord drill. I would recommend this place to everyone. My son requested a last minute birthday party and I was scrabbling on a Friday morning trying to throw a next day Saturday party. Long story short; I was able to rent tables and chairs at very reasonable price. No extra service charges or deposits; I just paid the price for the tables and chairs. I got in and out of there in 15-20 minutes and the staff is awesome. They saved my life and made an autistic/ADHD child extremely happy. Thank you

I guess I should have read reviews before renting from this place, however, I like to support small businesses as a small business owner myself. I rented a pig cooker for 4th of July weekend which also doubled as a family reunion. I was told that the cooker is checked at drop off to make sure it’s in working order. Clearly this didn’t happen bc they rented me a broken cooker which resulted in a $150 pig being burnt bc the regular on the tank had not been changed.
