Very Disappointed After waiting four months for my appointment, both the doctor and the office ended up canceling on me twice! The excuses they gave were unreasonable and felt dismissive. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
Dr. Raluca Arimie exemplifies what it means to be a compassionate and dedicated physician. She listens intently, asks thoughtful questions, and always takes the time to truly understand her patients' concerns and goals. Her approach is both thorough and deeply empathetic, making you feel genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
She’s far from kind. She’s actually really horrible. She won’t like it if you prefer to talk to another doctor and she gets very disrespectful and I will never forget how disrespectful she became. I didn’t have a chance to file a complaint, but I will file a complaint against her.
Really good quality of her services, she is a dedicated doctor to her work and patients
