The drivers are horrible. I was on 49 and one of them about ran me off the road because he was going too fast and the guy in front of him was going the speed limit and he didn't want to slow down.
I had rated them 1 star because of a bad personal experience with one of their drivers, but had to change them to 4 stars when the owner personally called me to apologize, and to assure me that the situation would be handled. That phone call spoke volumes about the caliber of the man behind the company.
