Brother- in-law lived here for 4 years. When he passed, his apartment was spotless, we also left a new refrigerator and microwave. Management will not refund the deposit to his next of kin, who would like to buy a stone for his grave
They don’t answer their phones or return calls.
When I moved in, it was income based. When my lease ended, it no longer was. My rent went up $90, my income went up $23. Managers don't last long.
I lived at Ralston House for 13 years. It was a nice quiet place when I moved in. In the past year it has gone downhill with lack of reliable management and maintenance staff. The clientele has also become less than ideal. I would no longer recommend this as a safe place to live.
The management and maintenance are very nice, polite and act professional.
