RCCF rules. Easily the best coaching I've ever seen at a CF gym. Really big and well maintained facility with lots of equipment. The community is very fun and helps push you to be your best. Classes are well run and pack a lot into 60 minutes. Programming is really solid -- I've noticed a lot of improvement since joining. Highly recommend.

I joined RCCF Nov 2024, I really enjoy the workouts, mostly after I’m done . All the coaches are top notch! Always being very conscious of everyone’s form, always motivating. I’m still learning, but the coaches are always adjusting to my ability. I have met several people there that I now call my friends, RCCF has definitely been a positive change for me.

RCCF, Ralston Creek Crossfit, has been my Crossfit home for 10 years. Head coach, Jeremy, a Level 4 trained coach, takes coaching seriously and run each class humorously - there's a lot of laughter and fun and movement. All the coaches are well trained and love what they do. I would encourage all, from the "littles" all the way through to our senior adults, to come and check us out with a free introductory week. The community is fun, caring and supportive. I look forward to meeting new faces!

I’ve tried many gyms in the area and this is by far the best for me. I was worried that I was not at their high fitness level and would get hurt. Instead all the coaches and other members have welcomed me with encouragement and guidance to make sure I am safe. Best of all they have become family.
