Surprise attack with noisy drills and diggers from late night to early morning. Was advised there'd been some mysterious notification that neither I nor my neighbours knew about. They gave me a number to call a guy call Matt. "This message bank is full." I went back out and got a number for a guy called Shaun. "But you'd be lucky to catch him. He'd be in bed asleep by now." Lucky him. Anyway, I tried my luck. Another "This message bank is full" recording. It's like a really aggressive clown show.
**Caution:** I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company, as they have demonstrated dishonesty and untrustworthiness. In August 2024, they carried out excavation work in front of my house, which caused significant damage to our stormwater pipe, footpath, driveway, and fence. Despite multiple written requests, they have refused to return to repair the damage they caused. Matt provides numerous excuses but has failed to honour his promise to fix the issues. Working out of hours starting at midnight then all through the night doing noisy works drilling, sawing concrete paths, roads etc They have not notified any residents in the neighbourhood about noise and disruption of the peace. Flagrant disregard for the community. Would never engage this firm, completely unprofessional, staff are not wearing any hearing protection or hi-vis, standing adjacent concrete saw. Clearly management has zero duty of care for its staff as well as the communities that it impacts.
I sent them an email regarding pavement they botched up and left unsafe along Area bound by Regent and Meagher street Chippendale. They have not replied !!!! Pavement is still with cover plates which have holes in them.
