Had a brake issue and was broke down. Ralph Williams Service was there for me in less than an hour and made the repair in the field quickly. The mechanic was very conscientious and put everything back together exactly as it was. The invoice wasn't painful either! Appreciate the hell out of you guys!

About 12 minutes ago I was heading Southbound on 45 a Ralph's towing truck got over while I was near his back end and set me not only onto the shoulder but off into the ditch. Thank God it wasn't about 30 seconds further down the road because I would have been in a lot of trouble.
