Excellent Customer Service & Reasonable Pricing I took my mother's '89 Mercedes into Ralph's with transmission problems. The guy at the front desk treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable. The technician who worked on the car was very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. He took the time to explain everything he did in great detail. Very Bad Experience I had my transmission replaced here and this place didn't do it right at all! There was a rattle 2 weeks later and we found out they didn't tighten the bolts. This could have created a major accident !
