I have to disagree with the other reviewers. We had a window of 10am to 1pm for delivery and at 10:15, the driver called to say he was 20 minutes out(as I had asked them to do). The delivery guys were professional and courteous. I had no problems at all.
I agree - No stars for this company. Paid for a couple of appliances and yet to receive them. Have now had two "scheduled" deliveries one of which the truck supposedly broke down and another that they missed and didn't even bother to call. Home Depot will be hearing from me.
So far they do not even deserve the one star. This company upon review does little except irritate enrage and fail to provide even adequate service to home depot customers. Phyllis in their "dispatch office" is rude obnoxious, severely limited education wise and clueless when it comes to customer service.She is a clear example of the mentality of this company. Long reviews are annoying to read. Here are the bullet points. - Told me they would be here at 8AM-Noon - Never showed - Changed to 3PM - Never showed - Changed to 6PM "the latest" - Never showed - Can't reschedule because they're closed. HORRIBLE!!!! Home Depot needs to fire this garbage company.
