Brought my truck in for an amp and sub install—Julius and his team nailed it. The sub hits hard, the amp looks and performs flawlessly. True professionals who know 12V inside out. Their showroom is clean, stocked with premium gear for people who demand the best. Highly recommend.
The Telus rep, Erskine Barrow, at 1490 Venables provided calm, thorough and efficient tech support. He liased effectively and seamlessly with the Telus tech support and solved my problem thoroughly. He made sure I understood every step of the process. I couldn’t recommend this Telus location more highly.

A huge shout out to Tony here at Ralph’s radio on Venables. In 2004 when I first bought my truck, I had Ralphs install an alarm system for my Toyota tundra with the door opener. Now I can’t find my second remote so I came here to their new location. In the hopes I could get a duplicate. Unfortunately, because it’s such a long time ago that they do not have any replacement fob that would work. Definitely not for lack of trying.
