Will be reporting this pharmacy to the California medical association for outright lying to customers amongst other things! I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years and had a few issues with the main pharmacist, but all in all they’d been good until just recently where they lied to me about changes to pick up policies. Apparently they don’t want to deal with people who travel for work and have their meds picked up by people on a list that I made in person. So they’d rather LIE and make life that much harder than it is.
Has anyone else been having their meds back ordered the past few months? One of mine has been for like 3 weeks now? What the heck is going on?
They are the best. Very polite and respectful. Brian is awesome!
