Ralph's Pharmacy exceeded my expectations! Not only did they have my prescription ready in record time, but their customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless experience. This store is super clean on the inside staff were knowledgeable and friendly, priced accurately and fairly and overall a be very very nice Ralph's. So why only 4 stars and not 5? Well that's because of 1 single yet enormous issue. Night time safety and access. At night as mostly locations do this Ralph's locks one set of doors to restricting access to the store to one side. Terrible customer service. Completely disorganized. If you need a critical prescription filled? I would not trust this pharmacy.
