I went to this Ralphs location to get some frozen groceries, and there were a lot of items missing from the shelves. I usually go to a different Ralphs, which always has a lot more available options in their frozen section.
There's an African American woman that works there and she the worst, she's very rude and disrespectful towards costumers, she should get fired because she gives a horrible image to ralphs pharmacy , she's definitely a very bad employee and human being.
Garbage. Waited 4 hours for prescription for my sick, 4 year old daughter. Only to be told 15 at 8:45pm (15 minutes before closing), that they don't carry the drug. They told me to call my doctor (at 8:45pm) and request to have this sent to another pharmacy. The website is garbage, and getting a hold of a human being on the phone is impossible. We switched to this pharmacy because we thought we'd get a little more personal touch versus other nearby ones....don't waste your time here.
Great pharmacist and staff. Helpful, on it and kind. Reminds me/you when you've not filled/refilled important medications.
Don't understand the reviews. Live in the neighborhood and get very good service overall every time. Generate a little good will and watch it come back.
