Forgot your Oath?; 4/30/21. My Father sick with abdominal pain and vomiting. This Ralph Pharmacy was showing as the only open Pharmacy in San Marcos and closes 9 pm . We got to pharmacy around 8:41. The following two people refused to fill my father prescription which was urgent during the work hour: JULIE KANG AND TIFFANY They said to come back tomorrow! The pharmacy staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes they do get overwhelmed with calls and there’s a bit of a wait to talk with someone, but that’s true for anywhere I think. They have been great with delivering prescriptions at no charge during the COVID-19 pandemic, from the very start in early March they offered this. There has been some revision so they can’t deliver certain medications any longer, but that’s a regulatory restriction I believe.
