On Sunday, 12/7 at approximately 4:30 PM, I called the pharmacy and had an unexpectedly negative experience. The male staff member who answered the phone was unusually rude and dismissive, which was surprising given the courteous service I normally receive from Kateryna. After I was given the run around by this man I asked to speak with a pharmacist, I was told I could not, despite being informed that one was present.
