I moved further from Ralph's in Carson but was able to go there yesterday. I got an average amount of groceries & when I left I was busy putting my receipt & debit card away. I got home & some items were missing! I called & they were at the counter. I had to go back to get them. I've always liked this store & staff yet no one acknowledged the mix up or even offer any type of thank you for coming back. Or an example: a $5 Ralph's gift card - nothing! Checkout lines are always long. Lots of grumpy scary looking employees and homeless. High and deceiving prices. Dangerous parking lot. Two stars bc its a good meet and greet hangout for the homeless and safe location to buy and sell drugs. Bonus, homeless are allowed to steal whatever they can carry. Generous of Ralphs to help the homeless but don't like the jacked up prices to pay for it.
I am today customer at Ralph supermarket (915 S Brookhurst St Anaheim, CA 92804) , I am looking to buy the Diet Coke ( 18 cans ) "Digital Weekly Offer". They had a good run but have turned into the most overpriced and understaffed grocery store. Prices and selection are unpredictable and complicated with confusing coupons and digital coupons that compromise your phone. and more often than not don't work. Hard not to notice that employees are not too happy either. Lots of turnover and unwanted transfers. They don't seem to be able to control the homeless either that use their parking lot to openly drink, smoke and shoot up leaving the syringes behind. Not a safe place any... read more
