Excellent! I dropped my boat off for 100 hr service on the outboard and Ralph additionally tidied up some wiring that was a left a mess by another mechanic when installing a jack plate. He also adjusted a poorly installed bilge pump. And, he found a couple of other things that needed attention. I was just very impressed with his attention to the overall boat, not just what it was dropped off for. Highly recommend.
