I absolutely love Ralph, but this location is absolutely horrible. I asked for the Arctic cake shake, which usually comes with whip cream and sprinkles. They gave me a different shake that tasted like it had coconut milk in it, and when I questioned it and asked her if this was the cake shake she said yeah and then I said I thought it was the one on the screen like how I pointed to And and she said oh that’s the birthday cake one but when you look on the menu, there is no such thing as a Arctic birthday cake.
