Ice cream should always be a delightful way to end the day. If this is the experience you are looking for DON'T GO TO RALPH'S in Montauk!! I was there with family and wanted a coffee Ice Cream cone. I was served Java chip which I have enjoyed at other Ice cream shops. I was given a disgusting cone of what tasted like very old freezer burned iced type of thing. Me and my family were so excited to come after a long hot day in the sun. We ordered a coffee flavored icecream and wound up with a 'cream ice' that tasted like it had been in the freezer for eternity when we mentioned it tasted bad she took the cone back threw it in the trash and that member of my family reordered. After the reorder the rude cashier proceeded to charge us for the stale cream ice thing on top of the replacement. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service is unfriendly and the prices are high ($14 for a sundae) BUT the ice cream is good. We got a couple Hot Fudge Crunch sundaes and they were delicious.
