Pros: Good ices and ice cream. Cons: Overpriced. And they don’t accept any form of electronic payment. Very inconvenient.
I had such an amazing experience at Ralph’s Ice Cream, and it’s all thanks to Mia! From the moment I got to there she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel like a valued customer right away. Even though there was a bit of a line she stayed calm, upbeat, and professional the entire time. I truly wanted to give this location a 5-star rating, and under normal circumstances, it would have been. However, my experience on Saturday around 7:00 PM led me to give a lower rating, and I feel it's important to share my concerns. This was my first time visiting Ralph’s at this time of day, and unfortunately, the interaction was far from pleasant.
