I don’t know what new kids they have working there. It’s not even 10:30 , they told us that they were closed (it closes at 11) and the people in front of us closed the window for the workers saying they worked there when clearly they were just friends talking to them to make sure we didn’t get served. It’s honestly so unprofessional and Ralph’s has completely went downhill as of recently.
The review is about the owner store policy of closing at 10:30 even when we are in line asking for a scoop only- no shakes no acai bowls, nothing special- and in the maps it says closes at 11:00 pm. Update the business hours and dont waste our times and put your employees in dificult positions by telling us the owner wants them out at 11pm
They have excellent dairy free no sugar added ices
Why put that you close at 10:30pm on Sundays if you’re really going to close at 10 so for your own convenience so that you can go home early? I got there at 10:06pm and they locked their windows and door and I saw them cleaning up, a young signaled to me that they were closed and myself and other customers were confused because it clearly states that that close at 10:30pm on Sundays. I was highly irritated! They need to update their hours to avoid confusion and frustration to their customers.
Nice staff . The ice is great I do the peanut butter and coconut 🥥 love it I get it mixed. Delicious
