we love ralph’s ever since they opened our daughter is now 25 years old and we love have been enjoying it ever since her birth. Every time we go there we spend at least $50 -$75.00. The only negative thing is that spending so much money you would think they would give us a break or something for free. Some locations the young teenagers have a little bit of an attitude. Went here today with my children after a fun day at the pool and the lack of customer service and pure laziness from these two young ladies was completely unacceptable. Due to the poor service I decided I’ll travel 10 mins further to spend my money and at that location his service was truly remarkable.
I love their soft ice cream. The chocolate is so smooth and rich. However I would like to see more consistency with the serving size. Sometimes it's generous other times it's pathetically small.
Love Ralph’s of course but this location should have an extra person working. Always seems like 2 people fighting for their life against the crowds lol.
