The Managment needs to reconsider the staffing! Been there couple times because I like to give second or third chances and every time-disappointment!! Those young girls behind the counter seems like they’re there as punishment not serving ice creams but rudeness and attitude! Don’t bother asking for extras or substitutions unless you want them to make you regret that the second you ask.
Ice cream and cream ice is very good. But tonight the cream ice was cream water. No air conditioning in store. Super hot in store and all the doors in refrigerators wide open.
Very disappointed. Spent $29 on cream ice that was cream water. No air conditioning in the store and every door on the freezers were open.
This photo must have been a long time ago profiled here. We were there on the 29 July 2025 at around 2p.m. or so. My dear daughter says she wanted Italian ice. Drove a bit but found this place. Looked nice enough. Only flavors of Italian ice being offered was cherry, lemon and I believe chocolate. Got the large cup $7.25 plus tax later, my dear daughter said she understands why the place was empty. Got the cherry and lime flavor. Whose bright idea was it to include cherry bits into the ice?
