Came about 20-25 mins before closing and staff gave me a nasty attitude and said they were closing. When I said their hours close in 20 mins they gave each other a look and said they wouldn’t serve me.
I come here very often& im a fan of ralphs and there multiple locations but today i met one of their workers named julia who was extremely rude and arrogant we came in with our dog which we understand moving forward isnt allowed but she then proceeded to take our orderd with nasty gesture making our experience extremely uncomfortable and then when i asked her what the issue was she began laughing & asked me to leave the spot now and raised her voice infront of my two kids shes extremely unprofessional.
Took my nieces there after dinner there one night. The staff was super friendly and the line moved quickly. We ordered 4 ices in total and we all thoroughly enjoyed them! A+++++++
