Just letting you know that I'm taking every step to get the Counter Top replaced and now have notified BBB, AG, Manufactured Housing Board, Social Media and Pleasant Valley as well. Joann obviously has not done her job and would no longer be working for my Company! I'm extremely dissapointed that this has come to this but it has. I will do whatever it takes to get this resolved even if I have to have it replaced myself and file a small claims action suit against both Ralph's Homes and Pleasant Valley which I'm sure they won'... read more
