Asked if they repair Ryobi brand lawn mower. He said your lucky if you can even get parts. So will try elsewhere where they are more confidant what they do and can supply parts. Quite disappointing.
I have rented a variety of machines and trailers from here. They have also serviced a finishing mower for me. Great people, service, and products!
Bought a Bad Boy Revolt from Jason back in April 2025. I should have left a review before now. After using Ralph's for LP tank refills for many years, I can definitely say they are all about service. Very attentive and professional, seems like nothing is ever a problem for them to handle. Asked about getting the Bad Boy its annual service and they came out same day to pick it up. Then it was back within a couple days. Highly recommended.
I have been using Ralph's Rental for decades and have always been 110% satisfied with not only their work and selection of rental items, but especially with their stellar customer service. They have always been fair, honest, competitively priced, and as easy a company to deal with as you could hope for (even before Jason took over, but even more so now). They are our goto people for repairs on our garden tractor, snow blower, or any equipment we need to rent.
