I tried Ralph’s for the first time because it’s close to my house and I didn’t feel like driving to Benfaremo, however, I wish I had. Anyway, the service was excellent, the staff got my order put together quickly and with a smile. Now the more important part is probable the ice itself… well, I wasn’t thrilled with my selections. Always a good experience at Ralph's. They have soooo many flavors to choose from, prices are super reasonable, and the service is always friendly. You can fill up a small cup with two flavors, my usual go to flavors are the creme ice s'mores, rainbow cookie, and dulce de leche. But there's so much on the menu that it's worth multiple visits.
