Asked for one flavor, the kid gave me another. They also have nothing that Ralph’s is advertised for having. I wanted the flavor I ordered and paid for. Why does Ralph’s have a location open that has 2% of the menu and employees not properly trained?If there are as many reviews complaining about this location as there are, why has ownership or management not done anything? Never open at posted hours
The employees didn’t know how to make any of the items listed on the menu, one stated they didn’t even actually work there. Ordered a smoothie which is supposed to come in a normal sized Ralph’s cup and instead received it in a tiny container without a cover. They have almost none of the flavors and the smoothie was completely overpriced for what you get. Worst Ralph’s I’ve been to. Avoid this location, take the extra couple minutes to drive to island park.
The mango flavor is my go to
Would never give Ralph’s business ever again showed up at 9:30 and the 16yr old girl working tells me they are closed, online says closes at 10:30. WHILE helping someone in front of me no less. Who does that??? RUDE / TRASH.
