Not to get myself in hot water with management since she knows me but I think we need to go back to the way Ices USED TO BE DONE/SERVED here. Lately (and I mean for the past 4 seasons or so) the servers/workers DO NOT press down on the scoops put into the cups like how it used to be done years ago resulting in a little too much space left over in the cups resulting in not fully getting your money's worth. (back then there was no scoop rule where small cups= 2 scoops, Medium=3 scoops, Large= 4 scoops)....... I understand prod... read more
I went with my kiddos, it's a place we always end up because their varities of flavors is incredible. We always get something new, we try to taste every flavor. Only thing is prices have been hiking up and I get it, it's everywhere.
Always a nice place to Chill on a hot day.
Horrible experience, ordered with a very nice young girl recieved the wrong icecream and tried to let the girl who helped us know and the owner swooped in and said “ just so you know if you ordered that with me i wouldnt have let you because it shouldve been a larger size” so we kindly explained we didnt mind the size just ordered hard icecream not soft serve to which she replied she doesnt care and we shouldve ordered a bigger size.
