When I came into the shop to look at the models, Andrew was very polite and answered all my questions. Delivery was on time. Both Joshuas were so neat and careful. After the old frig was removed, the older Josh was on his hands and knees cleaning where the old frig had been.Young Josh brought the new frig up the stairs with great care and set it in place perfectly. The entire process exceeded my expectations.They are the best.

Price competitive for product, and I paid $149 for delivery and installation of new dryer. One month later, the exhaust piping that they installed ripped. I asked them to come fix and they refused.
As a long time customer of Ralph’s since 2005 not one thing has not changed since my first purchase. The personalized service, knowledgeable sales people, honesty, integrity and just good old fashioned customer and business relationships that don’t seem to exist anymore. Even the installers were amazing and worked fast, cleanly, diligently and gave a thorough explanation of what they were doing to make my experience from top to bottom a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ralph’s.
Great experience!! We were working with a very specific and limited space - Andrew took the time to explain the actual working dimensions (vs many units' stated dimensions), and put us in touch with a great local contractor to verify the units would fit and work safely. Seamless scheduling - our install required numerous steps to remove door frame, remove old units, install new units and reassemble door frame. Highly recommend!
