Took my car in for an oil change last year, the next day the oil light kept flashing on & off & then later that night the car stalled at an intersection light, I was able to get it home, popped the hood and saw oil was splattered everywhere. The mechanic had forgotten to put the oil cap back on. I was upset but realize things can happen, right ? We have to give people grace. Took it back in to Ralphs and they sprayed the engine and all the components under the hood down with a solution to remove the oil and he gave me a free... read more
Were able to fix my car quickly and for really good price. Very thankful for them
I can't recommend Ralph's enough! They are fair, honest, and always willing to help out even last minute. He has saved us many times when dealers were charging us an arm and leg for a repair. Feel luck to have a trustworthy mechanic so close by!
