Quite simply, Ralph’s is the best. They give excellent service, it never feels like they are ripping you off or overcharging, they are nice. Our whole family comes here for any car issue when we need help, can’t recommend highly enough!
Do not trust Ralph's Auto Service with your car. They charged me over $1k to fix a problem and then told me the problem still wasn't fixed and I had to take it to the dealership. When I took it to the dealership they explained that not only did they have to re-do everything Ralph's did because it was done incorrectly, they discovered Ralph's also sent me away with parts missing in my vehicle putting me and my children's safety at risk. Would recommend not going here. They upcharged everything, added costs for things I didn't need, let the battery drain so it wouldn't start when I picked it up, and were disrespectful as well.
They canceled my Monday appointment. Said come Friday. Then said we can’t do it. Missed 2 days of work for this place.
