Ralph and his team are very friendly and eager to help. The prices are good. Unfortunately, I had them complete a valve cover gasket repair on my Subaru, and an expert who looked at it afterwards explained that the job was done incorrectly in a way that could have seriously damaged my engine in the near future, so I had to spend several hundred dollars getting it done again. Ralph's was unwilling to negotiate a partial refund for this and did not admit to any fault, which I found unprofessional.
