Ralph is a very honest, reliable mechanic. Replaced my thermostat, fixed my muffler, replaced one of the engine mounts, under 500 dollars. Thanks again brother!
Absolutely horrible experience. I called a simple question asking whether they offered financing, and instead of helping me, they abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. As an Asian woman, the interaction honestly left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Hands down one of the best mechanics I’ve dealt with. He doesn’t give up until he finds the real issue and fixes it the right way. Super efficient, straightforward, and most importantly—honest. Very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend
I called Ralph to see if he would take a look at a car I was interested in buying because I am from out of town and don’t have a lot of knowledge about cars. He took the time to run a diagnostic test and put it on the lift to check the brakes, tires and engine. He was incredibly kind and if I lived closer I’d 100% use him as my mechanic!
Husband was driving home to D.C. when the alternator decided to kick it. They were able to get him back on the road same day and at a fair price. He was stuck they could have stuck it to us. Honest repair shop and even lent my hubby an umbrella and recommended a place for him to eat. Nice folks - highly recommend!
