Thank you, Ralph Finch!!! The ice maker in our 2 year old LG refrigerator only gave us ice for a very short time. Ralph worked diligently to resolve the problem. He was persistent and efficient and even followed up to make sure it was working properly. And he's a really nice man, to boot. I highly recommend Ralph's Appliance Repair. I sincerely doubt you will find anyone better.

Well my first experience with this guy was for my gas range. He cane out put a new ignitor in that lasted a day before frying my entire gas range. Being he's the only repair man in our area figured I give him another shot. Thus time my refrigerator was acted up so he just threw part after part at it, marking up the parts in 300% range. My refrigerator was actually working just making some nosies. Well about 350+ dollars later I have a non working refrigerator and have dealt with a very stressful situation. Ralph was very communicative in setting up the appointment. He diagnosed and fixed our dryer in half an hour. He let us know what was wrong and what might need to be done in the future and what would be a good replacement if it comes to it. We will definitely be going to him again if we need anything in the future.
