The entire staff is friendly and answers any questions. Dr Rosario is very professional. He is prompt but he will take time to discuss your health. Very kind man and a wonderful doctor
He has fraudulent business/billing practices. I've turned him in to the fraud department with my insurance company (United Health Care). Two years in a row now he has charged me for a "medical" exam during my annual physical in addition to a "wellness" exam because it's an extra charge to the insurance company. Both years, I didn't talk to him about any medical conditions whatsoever (because I don't have any) and simply just answered his questions with yes/no answers.
