Ralph Wytcherley - I wouldn't trust this owner. He made a commitment. I originally called Ralph around August of 2022. The first call was cordial as I told him I received his name from a mutual person. I explained that I was looking for fill dirt and decomposed Granite for my new property. I told him I would pay for the material and his fuel for delivery. He said yes that wouldn't be a problem but it may take a few months.
