Dentist office lied about our insurance coverage, making us pay $2137.25 on 2 separate occasions 8 days apart. WE contacted our insurance independently and were told the dentist office never contacted them. After we submitted our own claim, the insurance paid them $828.00 for both root canal services and said our share was $207.00. The dentist office then refused to speak with us in person, and was screening our calls to try and rectify the situation.

Had a great experience in the chair during my procedure. My problem was afterwards with billing. After receiving my insurance claim, I noticed I was due a refund back from the cash payment I had made the day of my procedure. I called the office to check on it. Only then was I told that there was a $145.00 "one time single use instrument" office charge that isn't submitted to the insurance company and is "an office charge for instruments used during the procedure". I was so worried coming to get a root canal done as it was my first one, and i've heard so many bad things. As soon as I got here, the doctor relieved all my worries. There was not one single bit of pain throughout the entire procedure. He is so kind and so soft-spoken. He's Like the Bob Ross of root canals. I will never take my family anywhere else but here. Please trust me when I tell you, If you want a root canal done with absolutely no pain, come only to him.

I do not like the sound! Root Canal! Doc, was just talking, his voice, sweet demeanor, Thank You! Doc ! It was actually not so bad, Best!

He’s very personable and clearly is concerned with the issue you are having . Girls in the office are very helpful and friendly. Great dental offices . Three locations.
